Blaming Food

food is not the problem.....trying to find a "food solution" when food is not the problem will not provide an answer.

the site is not the source....the site of the pain is not the source, never look at the site as the origination of the problem.

you cannot fill an emotional hole with a physical object.

Kara,

I think that's the story that's been going around for a couple of weeks now....I deeply dislike Jillians approach and have little respect for anything she has to say....which is probably why I chose to never read anything that has to do with her.

I do respect, however, the fact that she is a motivating force for some....but not for me.
