Weekend Repeat

I love it when I know what the next mornings workout is going to be the night before.  I started both of my weekend swing classes the same and I'm planning on a repeat.  I will probably post it on Thursday as it's perfect to scale for all levels.

It's called...it's a long one..."Burning the Candle at Both Ends".  I designed it months ago but I think I've perfected it now.  Besides I want to share it with those of you that couldn't be there....and speaking of being there.  I just scheduled a swing class/workshop/book signing in Modesto at Full Force Private Training on May 6th.  It's a Sunday and the morning start time still has to be decided.  If you live near or within an hour or so then you have no excuse!  I'll be driving at least the same distance.

I too am anticipating the next practice session, in addition, i have started cycling my mountain bike home from work, my wife drops me off at 7:00am and I cycle home at 4:00pm cst. I cycle on Mon/Wed/Fri and do 30 min of TS sw routines on Tue/Thurs, then do the whole Roundabout 2.0 (1&2) on Sat.
All on 1600 cals a day except Sat which is high cal day. Started taking weekly pics of myself too. Have to say once again thanks very much for all the workouts, the book, and all the advice. You are truly a giving person Ma'am.

Hanneke,

It's a good one...well, they all are, lol

I had done it months ago and I don't know why it came back to me during the weekend as I never really know how I'm going to choreograph any particular workout until I start swinging.

But heads up...it starts with 10 sets of 10 and ends with 1 set of 100!

Question from "The Swing". OTM #4-start with 12, add 2 for 9 sets, end up with 29 swings? Then 10-15 sets @20? Have I got that right? Wonderful book, helped so much with my breathing. Thanks so much.
