The 100 Calorie Salad and 2 cups of Soup

Smaller portions is the name of the game . No salad that has more veggies than 100 calories of dressing can accomodate, and no more than 2 cups of soup per serving, no matter how low the calories are! Deal with it girlfriend.

I've changed my diet in the past couple of weeks, and even more this last week. I've gone from 140lbs., 3 weeks ago (since getting back from the Sept. RKC) to 132.0. I'll be including more details soon and taking a picture of my "All Day Food". Of course the changes in my training have been specific to becoming smaller and lighter.

Thanks for hanging in there with me.

Christine,

I'm not counting my chickens before they're hatched, lol! But I feel great....finally....great, and happy.

Marti,

No, what I meant was my "Tracy size" salads are history for the time being, and my usual 4 c. serving of soups (or more!) are also a thing of the past. I've made other adjustments to make up for the lack of "volume" in my diet, and like I mentioned, I'll be sharing soon...

Jo,

I'm waiting to see if this "sticks" lol!

8 pounds in three weeks!! That's awesome. I want details. I've been stuck at 140 for so long now I've forgotten what the "3" looks like on my scale.

You go girl! Can't wait to hear the details! I am going on an elimination diet to 1. hopefully drop a few pounds, 2. I can't put future clients on a diet I haven't tried myself 3. too see if I have any food allergies (I don't think I do but ya never know!). Keep up the good work!

If only your determination and commitment and intelligence could be bottled, the world's problems would be over. Honestly, whatEVER you set your mind to, you can do, girlfriend!

I'm impressed! I can't wait to see what you have been doing either. Have your changes been all diet or have you changed your workout as well?

Cindy,

In all fairness I weighed 140 after a weekend of being away, and being triggered like crazy by things like free cookies, and other crap that normally wouldn't phase me.

My average weight before the trip was somewhere around 136-138.

But this morning the scale said 131.8! Slow but sure...

Tori,

Oh no, not you too? These elimination diets are running rampant. Good Lord, talk about deprivation...yikes.

Just go to Bikram yoga everyday, LOL If that doesn't sweat the toxins out of you nothing will, lol!

leslie,

It's nice to have fans, thank you!

Beth,

I talk about the changes in my training on my other blog (Living My Physical Potential).

I still count calories, but the types of foods I'm eating has changed...not too drastically, I still make all of my own foods.

Kori,

I just got my TWO new pressure cookers delivered today....woo hoo!

Pat,

I think you'll benefit from my recent experience! As I mentioned in another reply, I'm just waiting for the results to "stick", lol!
