One of Mark's phrases about training...... "Win, lose or draw, it's always back to the gym the next day." It's Tuesday morning and I've got a couple of Swing classes to lead, and then? Pull-ups!
I have so much more information about training this lift, now that the Level 2 weekend is over, but more importantly I have a different kind of motivation, which I'll write about when I have more time. (lots of thoughts to write about!)

Can you offer some insight into how you learned to do pull ups? Do you find the bands help with learning?
It is something that I want to do but struggle with, so from a women's point of view would help.
Dirigo,
I'm going to have Mark help me write a blogpost explaining the use of the bands, as they are instumental in my training.
My "struggle" was not with the training however, it was a mental challenge that defeated me. I'll be writing that blopost soon as well, and from a woman's point of view it may be just as informative.
I am on pins and needles for these two posts. My mind beats me more frequently than anything else with regard to public performance, and the pullup is my current arch nemesis.
