3000 swings after only 6 months of training? One of my newest students, Monica Worline, actually volunteered and participated in the video taping of my next two DVD's we did at Modesto's Full Force PT last November. And she still looked great when it was all over, and can't wait to do it again!

That is Awesome!!! I just finished Workout 1 of Mastering the Hardstyle Kettlebell swing and I had to take a couple breaks near the end. I can't wait until I can do 300 swings in a workout...let alone 3000!!!
Matt,
Nice! I love that workout, and i remember it well! There was NO clock in the studio! I had a rough idea of the progressions and although I had done, and have done, that workout in my own classes I was unsure of the exact timing. When it was over and John DuCane told me it was, what, almost 45 minutes? Whoops! It was only supposed to be 25!
Oh well, I got it right for workout #2! 25 minutes!
You won't believe how fast your conditioning will improve.
I don't mind that it was over 25 minutes! There are enough breaks and great reminder tips you go over in the rest periods, that it make the extra time worth it!
Tonight will be my second run through at it! Looking forward to it! My Hamstrings were sore yesterday, but feel pretty good today.
I've been doing Convict Conditioning for a while. I'm one the Horizontal Pulls. Last night when I did them...lets just say I was able to find my Lats! lol
Thank you (and please thank Mark) so much for putting the Mastering the Hardstyle Kettlebell Swing DVD together. It's so informative and love the way you use the drills as the beginner workout!
Matt,
Thank you so much, because both Mark and I believe that MHKBS is of great, great value! And here's another thing....the way to learn it, is the same way to teach it! That's how it all came about.
The first workout was one I designed to take HKC candidates through just before lunch. It basically gave them the answer of how to pass the teaching portion to the swing for the Certification! I gave them the answer!
I realized no one else was using the drills as a workout and that's when I asked Mark to contact John DuCane, at Dragon Door, to produce a learn to swing vid. John renamed it MHKBS, which I love too.
Thank you for the great review!
