Winter Lamb Stew with Orecchiette Pasta and Garbanzo Beans....recipe and technique coming soon!



I'm going to do a beef version of this over the weekend.  Lamb is not for everybody!

    one of the things I'd like to get better at is "plating" and food photography (well, photography in general) Sometimes I get lucky and take a really nice shot, like this one!

    I'm going to be doing more and more posts about food and diet soon.

    You have a pressure cooker, right?
