Dragon Door just announced on facebook this afternoon that our DVD, "Mastering the Hardstyle Kettlebell Swing" is days away from being available!
This DVD teaches the proper techniques to learn the KB Swing including all of the corrective drills. It then reinforces everything in two 30-40 minute workouts designed and lead by me with my best friend Fawn riding shotgun, lol!

ReplyDeleteI'm not sure how I found the article about your amazing weight loss journey in January of this year but your blog and youtube videos have served as an inspiration to me. I'm thrilled to pieces that you have a follow-along DVD coming out. I have several videos from wonderful instructors and even purchased kettlebell programs offered online but I feel you lived it, walked it and talked it. Right now, I'm the same weight you were before you started your weight loss journey and am struggling a little to get the weight off and keep it off. But with your video, dedication and determination, I know I can find the athlete in me also. I purchased it last night and counting down the days until it arrives at my door! If you're ever in DC, I'd love to meet you!
ReplyDeleteTracy, My wife and I are currently working through your Hard Style DVD. I have a question regarding frequency of swing sessions. Is this something one can do every day? Or is it wise to rest a day in between?

ReplyDeleteI love how Workout #1 is based off of the instructional drills and how if you are just starting out with the Swing, you get a great workout in while learning the Swing at the same time!
