He might be offering some sort of compensation, even if it's not a $500 credit, it may be something that would make you feel a little better. I'm sure John Engum will be teaching that Cert.

I'm really looking forward to the whole weekend, and I plan on returning a better Instructor for sure!Tracy Reifkindhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07868257020358013257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1813295658825716967.post-75710358652081565662013-03-04T14:18:03.890-08:002013-03-04T14:18:03.890-08:00I am so envious it's not even funny!!!
Please ...I am so envious it's not even funny!!!
Please keep us informed.

I did the HKC last year and planned to use the discount for an RKC within a year but then things changed as everyone knows.
Now there is an SFG level I in Edmonton Canada in September , that is just a few hours driving from where I live. Very upsetting because by that time my discount opportunity has passed. Grrrrrrr, I guess I can't have it all.

So please tell on your blog all that you can, I will be reading!!

Love all your wonderful information!

Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02262167552604444300noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1813295658825716967.post-43956224941830729742013-03-03T06:28:28.620-08:002013-03-03T06:28:28.620-08:00Well, I'm definitely interested in listening a...Well, I'm definitely interested in listening and learning. I don't blame anyone but myself for the shape I'm currently in.

I have been slowly making my way through your blog, from the beginning, paying special attention to the posts that deal with your weight loss and fitness journey.

Yesterday I received your "Top 40" DVD and I just finished workout #1. It was tough, but I made it through the first 15 minutes before I started losing my form because I was so tired. So I set out a couple of sets but was able to bring it home for the last 40 two-hand swings.

I was a hot and sweaty mess at the end, but very proud of myself, even though I'm using a lighter weight than you recommend starting with. I plan on doing the #1 workout exclusively for the rest of the month while gauging my increase in strength and endurance.

Thank you for taking the time to respond.Talihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02350431112658976820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1813295658825716967.post-32053989515847965992013-03-02T04:45:23.798-08:002013-03-02T04:45:23.798-08:00Tali,

The weight loss, and then the workouts were secondary and happening in the background of my life at the time....I'll have to give it some more thought and write more specifically about the mindset.

Thank you for reminding me of such a wonderful time in my life!Tracy Reifkindhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07868257020358013257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1813295658825716967.post-14167372760205261552013-03-01T06:45:23.490-08:002013-03-01T06:45:23.490-08:00I think that it is very rare for a person who is c...I think that it is very rare for a person who is considered an expert in any field (and from the research that I have done over the last couple of weeks, you are definitely an expert in the field of kettlebells), to humble themselves and admit that they just might know it all, and that they have some more learning to do. I have no doubt that your recertification will be a very rewarding experierence for you and you will come back armed with even more knowledge to share.

And in response to the comment you made in your previous post. Although I'm just getting started, I am already enjoying my beginner kb workouts. I have a long way to go, I'm starting at ground zero and have a ton of weight to lose, but strangely, I'm alredy feeling a little stronger.Talihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02350431112658976820noreply@blogger.com
