I made 12 sets of 5/5 of snatches with the 16kg giving me a total of 120 snatches. That was a PR for me big time. I had EVERY intention to go for either a bike ride or a run after wards, but after refueling with some food and fluids, I was completely shot. It's still in the mid-high 50's here and that will NOT be long lasting as the "white" stuff I know is just around the corner at some point-have to take advantage when I can.
