Ive had major anxiety fo...Oh Tracy, Tracy, Tracy... Ive had major anxiety for weeks now because of the 2 week cruise I was going on with my family. I managed to get through it with only gaining ONE pound!!! I took the stairs rather than the elevator and hit the gym on the ship every day. It was the most incredible work out I will ever in my life have.. watching the Alaskan glaciers roll by and salmon jumping as I run on the treadmill. I wish my gym had that view!
