Early mornings are my favorite time to write, usually in between going back and forth to my kitchen while preparing foods for the week. A big pot of coffee and I settle in for the morning before my first commitment outside of my home, 10:00am yoga. But in the past couple of weeks I've taken on a few clients at 6:00am at the studio in Palo Alto, which means I have to leave my house at 5:30 (yikes, I've got about 15 min...).
Interesting how life changes and priorities change. I'll be back later on, fingers crossed, maybe with a little bit of video, or at least some thoughts about training....training food and thought!

Well, your friends will just wait patiently. ALWAYS enjoy what you have to say.
Hi Tracy, I so enjoy your blogs!!!...last year I printed off all of your blogposts from both your blogs (quite a huge stack!) and I would read them during my lengthy wait I had when picking up my kids from school. Such inspiration! It is amazing to me how much I can relate to you. 2 1/2 months ago I injured my back and couldn't swing until just this week (even though I am starting from the very beginning, all over again). I am over the moon now that I can get back to it. Yesterday I got out the stack of your blogs to read during the after school pickup again. I can't tell you how much it lifts me up to read your posts and see how you have gone thru food issues in the past, not to mention all of your tips on food preparation and recipies. Then I came across your July 3, 2009 blogpost where you talked about how busy you were, and why you spend your time keeping the blog up. I am so thankful you keep it going. You have so, so much to share and you have such a way of doing it that people can relate to. What a gift you have! Thank you for that; you truly are a trailblazer in the health and fitness world. And I adore your spirit.
Sincerely, Susan
I as well, have alot of your swing routines, saved to my PC & Laptop. I have also been espousing "The Swing" to my many acqauintices & coworkers. You & Mark have really made a huge difference in my S&C levels. I can't thank the both of you enough.
As an aside how long does it take you on avg to prepare a weeks meals? I usually use Saturday & Sunday.
beverly,
Thank you so much for the support. Truly I have so much to write about and experiences that inspire me daily! If only I could post video instead of typing!
Susan!
Wow! That's just crazy talk! Seriously....when I look back over "old" posts I can see how much I've grown and it's exciting!
At the end of the day defining "health", and being conscious of respecting the privilege of creating health is the magic we came here for. Ok, not trying to be weird or anything, lol
Guy,
How ans when I do meal prep is a great subject to write about....so I will! Thanks for asking!
